Nicole Graff-Rowe
she/herSupporting you through pregnancy, postpartum, parenthood, and trauma—with warmth, compassion, and understanding.
About
You’re used to holding it all together—but inside, you may feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected from yourself. Maybe anxiety has taken over, past experiences keep resurfacing, or pregnancy, postpartum, or parenthood has brought challenges you weren’t prepared for. I’m Nicole—a Registered Social Worker, EMDR Certified and Perinatal Mental Health Certified Therapist providing virtual therapy for adults across Ontario. I specialize in trauma and perinatal mental health, supporting people navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex and childhood trauma, fertility struggles, birth trauma, postpartum depression and anxiety, and the identity shifts that can come with becoming a parent. Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and understand what’s beneath the overwhelm—not just learn how to cope with it. Together, we can explore how your experiences have shaped the way you think, feel, relate to others, and experience safety, while building practical tools to help you feel more grounded and connected. My approach is warm, collaborative, and customized to you. I don’t believe therapy should be one-size-fits-all. We’ll create a plan around your goals, needs, and experiences, while drawing from different evidence-based approaches to find what works for you. I also believe healing happens in the beautiful messiness of everyday life. Our work can be flexible, making space for what you need right now while still addressing the deeper experiences underneath it. Above all, I want you to feel genuinely understood and supported. The goal isn’t always to get back to who you were—it may also be about discovering who you’re becoming and creating a life that feels more like your own.

Get To Know Me
A first session with me is…
A first session with me is about getting to know you, what brought you to therapy, and what you hope to get out of our work together. It’s a relaxed, no-pressure space to share at your own pace, ask questions, and begin creating a plan that feels right for you.
We’ll know we’re making progress when…
Little things that used to bother you or increase your symptoms aren't as upsetting to you.
I became a therapist because…
I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to supporting people through the moments that change them. Becoming a mom deepened that passion and showed me just how much support can matter during pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into parenthood.

How do we make progress?
“I use direct but compassionate communication that brings awareness to the unseen. I often give strategies to practice outside of session, but we will do most of the heavy lifting together.”
